MIND Mental Health First Aid Training
Trisha has successfully completed the MIND Mental Health First Aid Training course. This course helps people to recognise the signs and symptoms of someone with mental health problems; to respond to various mental health crises, engage with, support and signpost people to appropriate help.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists
The Royal College of Psychiatrists presented Trisha with a President’s Medal, in recognition of her significant contributions to improving the lives of people with mental illness. Trisha was thrilled to receive such a prestigious honour.
Trisha features in the new Cancer Research UK TV advert which will be on screens from May 25th. The advert features a range of cancer survivors, including Trisha, who highlight the importance of Cancer Research UK’s work, the progress they’ve made, and the fact there is still so much more to do.

Trisha is to host a popular radio talkshow from Monday 24th to Thurs 27th May. BBC Radio Norfolk have asked her to present the interactive programme on-air from 9-11am which looks at the big talking points of the day and invites listeners to share their honest opinions and debate the issues raised.

Trisha Goddard is fronting the new Time to Change campaign for 2010 alongside Frank Bruno and speaks out about her experience with mental health prejudice in press, outdoor and online advertising. The campaign asks people to make an online pledge and upload their photo to help end mental health prejudice. Trisha was asked to be the face of the campaign as she has personal experience of mental health problems and is passionate about fighting the stigma around mental illness.

The Barnardo’s Big Toddle supported by Fairy Non Bio Gel, continues to be the biggest, brightest, and best fundraising event for under 5s. Since the very first Toddle in 1995, 2 million intrepid Toddlers have registered for the short sponsored walks, with close to half a million Toddling in 2008 alone!
