Time to Change is England's most ambitious programme to end the discrimination faced by people who experience mental health problems, as well as improve the nation's wellbeing. Led by Mind and Rethink, Time to Change is funded with £16m from the Big Lottery Fund and £4m from Comic Relief and evaluated by the Institute of Psychiatry. Trisha Goddard is fronting the new campaign for 2010 alongside Frank Bruno and speaks out about her experience with mental health prejudice in press, outdoor and online advertising. The campaign asks people to make an online pledge and upload their photo to help end mental health prejudice. Trisha was asked to be the face of the campaign as she has personal experience of mental health problems and is passionate about fighting the stigma around mental illness.
